Until she began to worry about herself...

I was the daughter who didn’t cause trouble.
The one who kept quiet. Who made things easier.
I didn’t ask for much. I didn’t cry too loud.
I carried my pain so no one else had to.

They called it strength.
Responsibility. Maturity.
They praised me for being easy to love.

But no one ever asked what it cost me to be that kind of daughter.
That kind of woman.

No one asked what it felt like to hold it all together while coming apart inside.
To never ask for help because it felt like a burden.
To apologize when I cried.
To silence myself to be acceptable.
To earn love through effort instead of simply being.

So I stopped asking.
Stopped feeling.
Stopped needing.

And somewhere along the way, I forgot how to be—without the mask.

Until life cracked it open.

Betrayal. Grief. Emotional reckoning.
And then, truth.

I burned the checklist.
I let the good girl go.
And what’s left is something fierce, soft, and fully mine.

Now I help other women do the same.

Through truth-telling, body wisdom, emotional release, and radical remembering,
I guide women back to themselves—
Back to their voice. Their power. Their truth.

This isn’t self-help. This is sacred rebellion.
A return to who you were before the silence.

I’m Heather, the owner of LillyBelle Therapies.

For over 30 years, I’ve worked with the body in one form or another: massage, esthetics, energy medicine, coaching, hypnosis, and somatic emotional release. Over time, I began to see the same thing again and again: the body remembers what the mind tries to move past.

My work is for the person who has tried everything they know to try, but still feels stuck, reactive, guarded, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

I help clients explore the patterns beneath the symptoms, the emotions beneath the reactions, and the stories the body has been carrying quietly for years.

This is not about fixing you. It is about listening deeply enough that the part of you that has been protecting, bracing, grieving, or performing can finally begin to soften.
